EPC Marketing Ltd is Mike Simpson FRICS, DEA, NDEA – 71, a Chartered Surveyor and Energy Assessor who retired in 2005 from Clarke and Simpson, a well established firm of Chartered Surveyors in Framlingham, Suffolk.
Mike worked for many years with Strutt & Parker in Ipswich, Edinburgh, Norwich and Chelmsford, having qualified as a Professional Associate of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1976 (becoming a Fellow in the 1980’s), before becoming a Partner of Abbotts in the 1980’s; he went on to join Christopher Clarke in Partnership for 15 years
Having subsequently qualified as an Energy Assessor in both Domestic and Commercial fields, he has more recently become a Registered Valuer with the RICS, being well equipped to advise both property owners and tenants who are on the move or about improving the Energy Efficiency of their buildings; he is currently accredited through QUIDOS www.quidos.co.uk
Mike has worked as an Estate Agent throughout his career and is well experienced in most property matters, especially the sale of country properties, period houses and commercial premises.
He is also a Consultant for Penn Commercial in Ipswich who are one of the leading independent commercial property agents in the area.
